Before beginning the route, each of our drivers is provided a route guide with the master schedule of deliveries. Our route guides also include directions to each stop on the route and any detailed instructions that you think would be helpful to the driver. While the route is in progress, we can modify or optimize the route to accommodate changes in traffic patterns, weather, or customer requests.
As a standard delivery service, our dispatch can provide up-to-the-minute real-time delivery updates. In addition, our delivery drivers will collect the name of the person who received the delivery and the time the delivery was made along with a signature. Upon completion of the route, Proof of Delivery can be scanned and e-mailed to you for delivery confirmation.
